Inbox Overview

The Inbox is where you'll spend most of your time. It consolidates all comments, messages, and mentions from every connected platform into a single, manageable stream.

The Three-Panel Layout

  • Left Panel — Navigation: Filter by account, page, or video. Switch between platforms instantly.
  • Middle Panel — Message List: Your stream of conversations. Newest at top. Click any to view details.
  • Right Panel — Conversation View: Full thread, context, and reply box. This is where you engage.

Real-Time Updates

PageDock uses WebSockets to push new messages instantly. When a comment arrives, it appears at the top — no refresh needed. You'll also see a live indicator showing which team members are viewing the same conversation.

Note: When a teammate is viewing the same message, you'll see their avatar in the message list. This prevents duplicate replies and collision.
