This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our application ("PageDock"), including when you connect your social media accounts (such as YouTube).

2. Data We Collect

We collect information solely to provide our unified inbox and moderation services. This includes:

  • Identity Data: Name, username, or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data: Email address and billing information.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and login data.
  • YouTube Data: If you connect a YouTube account, we access your Channel Name and the titles/links of your most recent videos to enable comment management. We process comments on your behalf to allow you to read and reply to them within PageDock.
  • Facebook/Instagram Data: If you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we access your public profile information, a list of Pages you manage, and comments/messages to facilitate the unified inbox and moderation features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide the PageDock service:

  • To facilitate your ability to read, reply to, and moderate social media comments from a single dashboard.
  • To manage your account and subscription.
  • To improve our website and customer service.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (e.g., payment processors), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Google User Data Policy

PageDock's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your data unless: you have obtained our agreement for specific messages (for example, for technical support); it is necessary for security purposes; or to comply with applicable laws.

You can revoke PageDock's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

6. Facebook User Data Policy

For users connecting with Facebook or Instagram, we comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

  • Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data at any time. To remove the app and delete your data, go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find "PageDock", and click "Remove". This will trigger a data deletion request to our system.
  • We do not use Facebook data for surveillance or to discriminate against users.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

  • Social Media Data: To facilitate efficient moderation, we retain comments and messages from YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, they are automatically deleted from our systems.
  • Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at helpdesk@pagedock.ai. Upon request, we will delete all your data from our servers.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. All data exchanged between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL technology. We follow industry best practices to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.
