Collaboration is at the heart of PageDock. Invite team members to help manage engagement at scale.
How to Invite
- Go to
Dashboard → Team. - Click "Invite Member".
- Enter their email and select a role.
- They'll receive an email with a link to join.
Understanding Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Moderator | Can view/reply to inbox, use saved replies, but cannot manage team or billing. |

Pro Tip: Use Moderator roles for external contractors or part-time staff to limit their access to sensitive settings.
