Finding the right conversation quickly is critical. PageDock offers powerful filtering and search.

Quick Filters

Access filters from the filter icon in the inbox header:

• Sentiment: Show only Positive, Negative, Neutral, or Question comments.
• Status: Unread, All, or Archived messages.
• Type: Comments only, DMs only, or All.

Search

Use the search bar to find messages by content or sender name. Search works across all connected accounts simultaneously.

Search Pro Tips

• Search for @username to find all messages from a specific person.
• Use keywords like "refund" or "shipping" to surface support-related comments.
