The Dashboard is your command center — the first thing you see when you log in. It provides a comprehensive overview of your social engagement health and quick access to everything you need.

At-a-Glance Metrics

The top section displays your key performance indicators:

• Total Messages — Cumulative count of all comments, DMs, and mentions received across all connected accounts.
• Unread — Messages waiting for your attention. Aim to address messages within hours, not days.
• Response Rate — Percentage of messages you've replied to. A high response rate (80%+) signals great audience engagement.
• Avg. Response Time — How quickly you respond to messages on average.

• Inbox — Your unified message stream. All comments, DMs, and mentions from every platform.
• Accounts — Connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Manage which pages and videos to monitor.
