Connecting Social Accounts

Connecting your social accounts is the first step to using PageDock. We support Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator, YouTube Channels, and TikTok Business.

Step-by-Step Connection

Go to Accounts — Navigate to Dashboard → Accounts from the sidebar.
Click "Connect Account" — Choose the platform you want to connect from the modal.
Authorize PageDock — You'll be redirected to the platform's login. Grant the required permissions.
Select Resources to Monitor — After connecting, toggle on the pages, videos, or accounts you want to track.

Note: We only request permissions necessary to read your content and post replies on your behalf. We never post without your explicit action. You can revoke access anytime from your platform's settings.

Platform-Specific Notes

Facebook & Instagram

You must have Admin or Editor access to the Facebook Page. For Instagram, the account must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

YouTube

Connect using your Google account. You'll need to own or manage the YouTube channel. Comments from your videos will sync automatically.

TikTok Business

Only TikTok Business accounts are supported due to API restrictions. Personal accounts cannot be connected at this time.
