Token Expired
Access tokens are issued by social platforms and expire periodically for security reasons.
What This Means
When a token expires, PageDock can no longer access your account on your behalf. You'll see a warning indicator on the affected account.
How to Fix
- Go to
Dashboard → Accounts. - Find the account with the warning.
- Click "Reconnect".
- Re-authorize PageDock on the platform.
Prevention Tips
- Log into PageDock regularly to keep tokens fresh
- Re-authorize when prompted
- Set up notifications for account issues

Note: Facebook/Instagram tokens typically last 60-90 days. YouTube tokens can last longer with proper refresh.
