Sync Errors

When messages aren't syncing properly, use these troubleshooting steps.

Manual Sync

  1. Click the refresh icon in the inbox header.
  2. Wait for the sync to complete.
  3. New messages should appear.

Account Issues

If manual sync doesn't help:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Accounts.
  2. Check for warning indicators.
  3. Reconnect any accounts with issues.

Platform Delays

Sometimes platforms have API delays or outages. Check:
