Sync Errors
When messages aren't syncing properly, use these troubleshooting steps.
Manual Sync
- Click the refresh icon in the inbox header.
- Wait for the sync to complete.
- New messages should appear.
Account Issues
If manual sync doesn't help:
- Go to
Dashboard → Accounts. - Check for warning indicators.
- Reconnect any accounts with issues.
Platform Delays
Sometimes platforms have API delays or outages. Check:
