General Questions
What social platforms does PageDock support?
PageDock supports Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, YouTube channels, and TikTok Business accounts. We're constantly working on adding more platforms.
How secure is my data?
Very secure. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We never share your data with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Profile and click "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
Billing & Subscription
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Contact our support team within 30 days for a full refund.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes! Annual billing saves you up to 20% compared to monthly payments.
Features & Functionality
How does real-time sync work?
PageDock uses webhooks (instant notifications from platforms) combined with periodic polling. When someone comments, we're notified immediately and it appears in your inbox within seconds.
Can PageDock auto-reply to messages?
Yes! With Automation Rules, you can set up auto-replies based on triggers like keywords, sentiment, or platform.
What is sentiment analysis and how accurate is it?
Our AI analyzes every message to determine if it's Positive, Neutral, Negative, or Toxic. It's ~95% accurate, though sarcasm and context can occasionally cause misclassification.
Can my team see who's working on what?
Yes! PageDock includes live presence indicators. When a teammate views a conversation, their avatar appears. This prevents duplicate replies.
Does PageDock work on mobile?
PageDock is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. While we don't have a native app yet, you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
Technical Questions
Why do I need to reconnect my account sometimes?
Social platforms issue access tokens that expire (e.g., 60-90 days for Facebook). When expired, you'll see a "Reconnect" warning. Just click it and re-authenticate.
Why are some of my comments not showing?
Check: 1) Is the page/video toggled ON? 2) Check your inbox filters. 3) Force a sync. 4) Reconnect if there's a warning.
Does PageDock have an API?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! Contact us if you have specific integration needs.
What browsers are supported?
PageDock works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave. Keep your browser updated for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
