Missing Comments
If comments aren't appearing in your inbox, try these troubleshooting steps.
Quick Checks
- Is the page/video enabled? Go to
Accountsand ensure the page/video toggle is ON. - Check your filters — Make sure you're not filtering out messages by sentiment or status.
- Force a sync — Click the refresh icon in the inbox header.
- Check account status — If you see a warning on the account, reconnect it.
Common Causes
- Token Expired — Reconnect the account.
- Permissions Changed — Re-authorize with full permissions.
