Create and use template responses for common questions.

Saved Replies

Saved Replies are pre-written templates for common responses. Use them to maintain consistency and speed up engagement.

Creating a Saved Reply

  1. Go to Dashboard → Templates.
  2. Click "Create Template".
  3. Give it a name and category.
  4. Write your template content.
  5. Save.

Using Variables

Make templates dynamic with variables:

  • {customer_name} — Sender's display name
  • {platform} — The platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • {page_name} — Your page/channel name

Using Saved Replies

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Click the bookmark icon in the reply box.
  3. Search or browse your templates.
  4. Click to insert, edit if needed, send.

Keyboard Shortcut: Press / in the reply box to quickly search templates.
