Saved Replies
Saved Replies are pre-written templates for common responses. Use them to maintain consistency and speed up engagement.
Creating a Saved Reply
- Go to
Dashboard → Templates. - Click "Create Template".
- Give it a name and category.
- Write your template content.
- Save.
Using Variables
Make templates dynamic with variables:
{customer_name}— Sender's display name{platform}— The platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.){page_name}— Your page/channel name
Using Saved Replies
- Open a conversation.
- Click the bookmark icon in the reply box.
- Search or browse your templates.
- Click to insert, edit if needed, send.

Keyboard Shortcut: Press / in the reply box to quickly search templates.
