Team Roles & Permissions
PageDock offers role-based access control to keep your workspace secure.
Available Roles
Owner
- Full access to everything
- Can delete the workspace
- Only one per workspace
Admin
- Manage team members
- Access billing
- Configure all settings
- Full inbox access
Moderator
- View and reply to messages
- Use saved replies
- Cannot manage team or billing
- Cannot access sensitive settings
Changing Roles
- Go to
Dashboard → Team. - Find the team member.
- Click the role dropdown.
- Select the new role.

Security Tip: Use the principle of least privilege — only grant the access people need.
